Way Home

Part of the Ten Years International Project, inspired by the 2015 Hong Kong film Ten Years, which invited filmmakers across Asia to imagine their societies ten years into the future. Way Home is one of the short films from Ten Years Taiwan.
A young man returns home for an ancestral ritual. His parents want him to leave with them for the city, but he stays.
He moves between friends, work, and the village, trying to find a way to remain. At the same time, it becomes harder to tell where he belongs.
