「海風透」是由口湖當地青年自行策劃的活動,名稱來自臺語「透海風」(即吹海風),源於當地特有的「風頭水尾」地理氣候。這個活動旨在透過一系列的藝文活動,來促進地方觀光和推廣當地特產,同時提供深度旅遊的體驗,傳遞當地的海口精神,結合了觀光旅遊、特色餐桌、舞蹈表演與DJ聲響演出。觀眾不僅可以享受口湖成龍溼地美麗的夕陽美景,亦能嚐到當地的特色美食,並觀賞融合地方文化、科技、聲響與舞蹈的沈浸式體驗。 以下我們將分為三大區塊來介紹「海風透」的主要活動內容:社區導覽、特色餐宴、藝文表演。
"HÁI-HONG THÀU" is an event organized by local youth from Kouhu, named after the Taiwanese phrase "透海風" (Thàu-hái-hong), meaning "blowing sea breeze," which reflects the area's unique climate. The event promotes local tourism and showcases specialties through cultural and artistic activities, offering an immersive experience that captures the spirit of the coastal town. It features tourism, local dining, dance performances, and DJ sound shows. Attendees can enjoy the sunset at Chenglong Wetlands, taste local foods, and experience a unique mix of culture, technology, sound, and dance. We will introduce the main activities of "HÁI-HONG THÀU" in three parts: Community Tours, Specialty Dining, and Cultural Performances.

Community Tours
活動地點位於台灣雲林縣口湖鄉成龍村,該村莊外有一座成龍溼地。民國75年,成龍溼地因韋恩颱風肆虐,海水淹沒農地,導致地層下陷,長期積水不退,逐漸形成沼澤溼地。民國98年,林務局推動「桑田變滄海:成龍溼地的里海行動」,這是一個為期十年的生態復育計畫,旨在進行生態復育與社區文化再造。該計畫成功地翻轉了溼地變荒地的命運,使成龍溼地具備景觀美質、環境教育、觀光遊憩、涵水滯洪和友善養殖等多種價值,成龍因此受到了廣泛關注。
The event takes place in Chenglong Village, Kouhu Township, Yunlin County, Taiwan, home to the Chenglong Wetlands. In 1986, Typhoon Wayne caused severe flooding, leading to subsidence and the formation of a swamp wetland. In 2009, the Forestry Bureau initiated the "From Farmland to Ocean" project, a ten-year effort to restore the ecosystem and revitalize the local culture. This initiative transformed the wetland into a vibrant ecological and cultural hub, enhancing its beauty, educational value, tourism, recreation, water conservation, flood mitigation, and sustainable aquaculture. As a result, Chenglong has gained significant recognition.
社區導覽旨在讓參加者深入了解口湖鄉成龍村的歷史文化與當地生態。透過導覽員的引導,參加者可以探索這個充滿風情的小漁村,了解它從農業、漁業到如今的文化與生態轉型過程。導覽行程包括成龍濕地的生態解說,讓大家認識這片濕地是如何從災後的荒地轉變為今日的生態寶地。成龍村的歷史建築和地標,如安龍宮,還有當地的漁村生活和傳統工藝展示,都是導覽的亮點。這部分活動旨在讓參加者透過實地走訪和互動,體驗成龍村獨特的文化風貌和當地居民的生活方式。
The community tours offer participants an in-depth look at the history, culture, and ecology of Chenglong Village in Kouhu Township. Guided tours explore the village's transformation from agriculture and fishing to a focus on culture and ecology. Highlights include an overview of the Chenglong Wetlands' ecological recovery, visits to historical landmarks like Anlong Temple, and demonstrations of local crafts and fishing village life. These tours provide a hands-on experience of the village's unique cultural and ecological heritage.

特色餐宴聚焦於口湖鄉的在地食材,呈現最具特色的漁村料理。餐宴區設於成龍濕地旁的露天環境,參加者可以在享用美味佳餚的同時,欣賞濕地的美麗景色和迷人的夕陽。這場晚宴由成龍社區發展協會提供專業的餐桌服務,確保每位客人都能享受到最貼心的款待和最正宗的當地風味。
菜單上有多道特色料理,從前菜的炙烤烏魚子、川燙白蝦、南洋沙嗲雞肉串,到湯品的文蛤虱目魚肚湯,充分展現了當地的海洋風味。主食包括古早味炒米粉、當日現剖的炸蚵仔酥佐蝦餅及綜合時蔬,提供豐富多樣的選擇。飲品如成龍黑豆茶和蜂蜜檸檬醋飲清爽解膩,餐後更有印尼綜合水果甜湯作為甜點,為整個用餐體驗畫上完美句點。每一道菜都展現了口湖獨特的飲食文化,為整個餐宴增添了更多的滋味和層次。
The specialty dining experience highlights local ingredients from Kouhu Township, offering unique fishing village cuisine in an open-air setting beside the Chenglong Wetlands. Guests can savor delicious dishes while enjoying scenic views and sunsets. Hosted by the Chenglong Community Development Association, the event ensures attentive service and authentic local flavors.
The menu includes appetizers like grilled mullet roe, blanched white shrimp, and satay chicken skewers, with soups such as clam and milkfish belly soup. Main dishes feature traditional stir-fried rice noodles, freshly fried oyster fritters with shrimp crackers, and seasonal vegetables. Refreshing drinks like Chenglong black bean tea and honey lemon vinegar complement the meal, which ends with an Indonesian mixed fruit dessert soup. Each dish showcases Kouhu's unique culinary heritage, enhancing the overall dining experience.

WHEN THE ROOSTER CROWS, SOMEONE COMES ASHORE
這部作品以口湖獨特的文化祭儀「牽水狀」為靈感,發展出融合當代舞蹈與新媒體影像技術的沈浸式演出。演出過程中,舞者將以儀式性的方式引領觀眾參與,透過即時演算的影像技術生成跨越維度的影像空間,帶觀眾體驗一趟跨物種的轉生儀式。
作品結合了牽水狀儀式中靈魂轉世的概念與「興義軒食品廠」作為蝦子加工廠的歷史背景。故事描述一位近未來的道士在海上牽引蝦子的亡魂上岸,最終將其超渡轉世成混種「蝦人」。舞者配合電子音樂團體「三牲獻藝」帶有臺灣廟宇元素的音樂,以肢體語言詮釋從陌生身體到舞動,再從狂喜達到平靜的情緒轉變。

This performance, inspired by Kouhu's "Qian Shui Zhuang" ritual, blends contemporary dance with new media technology to create an immersive experience. Dancers lead the audience through a ritualistic journey using real-time visual effects to craft a multi-dimensional space, exploring a cross-species reincarnation theme.
Combining the soul reincarnation concept from the "Qian Shui Zhuang" ritual with the shrimp processing history of "Xing Yi Xuan Food Factory," the story follows a near-future Taoist guiding shrimp souls ashore, transforming them into hybrid "shrimp people." Accompanied by the electronic music group "Three Offerings," which infuses Taiwanese temple elements, dancers express a range of emotions from unfamiliarity to movement, and from ecstasy to calm.
The performance spans nearly two-thirds of the "Xing Yi Xuan" grounds, both indoors and outdoors. Embracing crowd participation, the viewing path is unfixed, allowing the audience to move with the dancers and become part of the show. Lasting about 40 minutes, the performance begins with raising a factory's rolling door and concludes in a container, symbolizing burning and rebirth.

演出邀請DJ XAN 與DJ 1sac 兩位地下知名聲音藝術家,以口湖的特殊人文與環境為靈感,在傳統與現代元素的廠房外進行演出,藝術家將融合不同時空維度的聲音質地,帶領觀眾徜徉超越語言的音樂敘事中,穿梭於實驗電子音樂的聲音地景。
The performance features renowned underground sound artists DJ XAN and DJ 1sac, inspired by Kouhu's unique culture and environment. They perform outside a factory that combines traditional and modern elements, blending sound textures from various time and space dimensions to create a musical journey beyond language, immersing the audience in experimental electronic soundscapes.

The Chenglong Community Development Association, founded in 2001 in Kouhu Township, Yunlin County, focuses on community development, including elderly care, youth education, and environmental protection. The association runs the "Evergreen Dining Hall" program, providing nutritious meals and a social space for seniors. For youth, it organizes service-learning activities, such as wetland cleanup and restoration, to strengthen their connection to their hometown.
Promoting the Chenglong Wetlands as an ecotourism destination, the association offers guided tours to highlight the area's natural beauty and ecological significance. Their efforts have been recognized with the Chenglong Wetlands being designated a "National Important Wetland of Local Significance" in 2018 and receiving top awards in both county and national community development evaluations in 2018 and 2019. Additionally, the association's decade-long "From Farmland to Ocean: Chenglong Wetlands' Satoyama Initiative," guided by the Forestry Bureau, won the National Sustainable Development Award in 2018 for its excellence in conservation, education, and restoration.

Xing Yi Xuan Food Factory
原為雲林縣口湖鄉養殖蝦類產銷班第13班,由第二代李信義領導,開創無毒黃金蝦養殖新風潮。第三代李承軒繼承家業後,將傳統養殖升級,結合三代之名創立興義軒食品廠,推出「蝦叔叔蝦酥」成為全國暢銷產品。
面對產業挑戰,如進口競爭、勞動力老化與青年外流,興義軒透過經濟部中小企業處SBTR計畫與高雄科技大學合作,推行科技化友善養殖,如使用益生菌、水質改良劑和水質監控技術,透過手機APP即時監控養殖環境,提升養殖效率與白蝦存活率。
此外,為推廣友善養殖理念,興義軒建立了一個六級生態體驗園區,提供從釣魚到食品加工廠導覽等多元活動,並新增摸文蛤體驗,豐富體驗內容,吸引更多年輕人和家庭參與,旨在深化對友善養殖的認識與興趣。

Xing Yi Xuan Food Factory originated as the 13th shrimp farming group in Kouhu Township, Yunlin County. Under the leadership of the second generation, Li Xinyi, it pioneered toxin-free golden shrimp farming. The third generation, Li Chengxuan, modernized the business and founded Xing Yi Xuan Food Factory, launching the popular "Uncle Shrimp's Shrimp Crackers."
To address challenges like import competition, an aging workforce, and youth migration, Xing Yi Xuan partnered with the SBTR program and National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology to adopt tech-driven, eco-friendly farming practices. These innovations, including probiotics, water quality enhancers, and a mobile app for real-time monitoring, improved farming efficiency and shrimp survival rates.
Xing Yi Xuan also created a six-level ecological experience park to promote sustainable farming, offering activities like fishing, factory tours, and clam-catching, aiming to attract young people and families and foster a greater understanding of eco-friendly aquaculture.
